Peptide therapy

An area with real promise and a great deal of marketing. We will tell you which is which.

Peptide certified, ISSCA

Peptides are an adjunct. They sit on top of hormones, sleep, training, and nutrition, and they will not compensate for gaps in any of those.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signals in the body. Different peptides signal different things, which is why they cannot be discussed as one category.

Some have substantial clinical evidence behind specific uses. Others have early or largely preclinical data and are marketed well ahead of it.

Where peptides may fit

Considered on top of a stable foundation, never instead of one.

  1. 01

    Recovery and tissue repair

Considered where recovery from training or injury is the goal.

  2. 02

    Sleep quality

Part of a wider plan when sleep is the limiting factor.

  3. 03

    Body composition

Alongside a metabolic plan, not in place of one.

  4. 04

    Immune and inflammatory support

Discussed where the evidence supports a specific use.

  5. 05

    Adjunct to hormone optimization

Layered on once hormones are addressed.

  6. 06

    Adjunct to supervised weight loss

    Considered within a supervised plan.

Concerns we help with

Start with what you are noticing. Each page explains the causes and how we approach them.

How it works

  1. 1

    Consultation required

There is no online ordering. Nothing is prescribed without an evaluation and a clear reason.

  2. 2

    Foundations first

Hormones, thyroid, sleep, nutrition and training are checked before anything is layered on.

  3. 3

    Plain answers

What the evidence supports, what it does not, and the cost, before you decide.

  4. 4

    Review honestly

If a peptide is not doing anything measurable for you, the recommendation is to stop it.
